Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open the NearbyAcres app and go to Profile.
- Tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account".
- Confirm. Your details are removed immediately and you are signed out.

Delete Your Account
You can ask us to delete your NearbyAcres account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what is removed, and what we are required to keep.
Or ask us to do it
- Email calvis@nearbyacres.com with the subject "Delete my account".
- Send it from your registered email and include your registered mobile number so we can verify ownership.
- We verify the request and delete your account and associated personal data within 7 days.
- You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email address, mobile number, and your updates preference.
- Any one-time codes still held against your number, and your session.
- Requirements you posted are closed, and your name, number and email are permanently overwritten on them.
What happens to a property you listed
A property you listed as an owner is taken off the site, and your name and phone number are removed from it. The listing record itself is kept without any way to identify you, because our team may have visited the land and that visit is our own record.
If you also have an agent subscription
The app will not delete an account whose number also holds an active agent subscription, because there is a paid term and issued invoices behind it. Contact us and we will close both together.
What we may keep
To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud or abuse, we may retain limited payout and financial records for up to 7 years, and minimal records required by applicable law. These are kept securely and are not used to contact you. This aligns with the retention section of our Privacy Policy.
