How it works

    We call you

    A short call about your area and the properties you have.

  2. Step 2

    We check your details

    A few documents, and we speak to one or two of your past customers.

  3. Step 3

    We add your properties

    Send the details on WhatsApp if that is easier. We will add them for you.

  4. Step 4

    We send you buyers

    You take them for the site visit and close the deal yourself.

Why we only take a few agents per district

We spend money to find buyers, and there are only so many in one district each month. If we took every agent, each of you would get one or two buyers. That is not worth your time or ours.

So we keep the number small. Fewer agents means more buyers for each one. If your district is already full, we will tell you and keep your name for the next opening.

What we ask of you

  • Only add properties you can really show to a buyer
  • Go for the site visit yourself when we send a buyer
  • Never ask a buyer for money. Buyers never pay anything

That last one matters most. It is the promise our buyers trust us on, and we remove agents who break it.
